14 February 2012 Can the objects of a Partnership Firm can be amended later. Earlier they were into supply of computer hardware. now they want to start transportation business on the same firm. should the object be amended or can the second object be added. Plz advise.

14 February 2012 The object clause can be amended to incorporate any business subsequent to the partnership registration.. there is no restriction on the same.. it may be additional business to the existing one or amendment to the original clause...
