one Listed co.has made investment in Dec-2011 and now they want to do another investment in this month.
they had Auditors Report of July 2011. In this case Next investment should be reported through another Auditors report or
there is any other provision?? Is this case hitting 372A. Pls suggest some solutions.

I want to know that can a private limited company can give loan to any other inter private limited company.

I am working as executive account-(taxation) in company also doing cwa-inter I am also interested doing some additional course with cwa. I would like to asked which course is beneficiary with cwa.
