Can anybody Pls suggest me?
one Listed co.has made investment in Dec-2011 and now they want to do another investment in this month.
they had Auditors Report of July 2011. In this case Next investment should be reported through another Auditors report or
there is any other provision?? Is this case hitting 372A. Pls suggest some solutions.

This all investment will cover under FY 11-12 so last audited BS will be taken into count for calculating limit under said sec.
