Please tell the procedure for registration of Digital signature certificate for a foreigner. Who resides outside india. and also please suggest the website to be registered.
Please reply as soon as possible.

16 February 2012 If the person holds a DSC it has to be roll checked before using at the first instance.The website for roll check is https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/Rolecheck.html

No. the person has not holding DSC. I need to register as new. Please tell some other website to register.

Digital signature certificates are issued / renewed by certain certified authorities. Their details are available in https://mca.gov.in/MCA21/certifying-new_1.html
Get in touch with any one of them and take DSC.
