Please tell the procedure for registration of Digital signature certificate for a foreigner. Who resides outside india. and also please suggest the website to be registered.

If the person holds a DSC it has to be roll checked before using at the first instance.The website for roll check is https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/Rolecheck.html
