please tell me the process for registration of trademark. How will I get registered my client's trademark?

Is article application form to be sent to ICAI after I.T.T training or we can send before also and please clarify me about attestation on articles agreement form ,how many days it is valid and what is the penalty for late application etc?

Q:2 In continuation of Q:1, In case the resignation results in Dissolution of the Firm, whether the same firm can be reconstituted after a certain period say 6 months?

A whole time company secretary is a director of the another company and from that company some service is rendered it need disclosure as per sec 303.

From when the companies Act, 2011 will be appliacble ??
