30 April 2012 First of all you will have to fill up the form for registration of trade mark and you have to mention the categry under which registration is required. You have to give 7 copies of the trade mark which is to be registered. Within 1 month you will get the rejection letter against which you will have to file appeal before the same authority and the second time rejection will come after 3 month and then you have to give the justification why your trade mark is different from other. In next 6-8 months you will get the registration. You have to pay fee at all stages.
