20 April 2012 A whole time company secretary is a director of the another company and from that company some service is rendered it need disclosure as per sec 303.

Yes, It will be required to a director not as CS to disclose his interest about other company in a Board Meeting as per section 299 of the Companies Act, 1956.

Section 303 says register of directors in which entry will be made after disclosure.
