20 April 2012 From when the companies Act, 2011 will be appliacble ??

Is it applicable for May, 2013 CA Final exams. ??

The Companies Bill 2011 is still pending in Parliament for approval of standing committee. So today it will not be possible to say whether it will be applicable or not.

Wait and watch.

20 April 2012 so whether i should buy the books now for studying or wait as i need to start studies. As there is a vast difference between both the acts.

I will suggest you, that before wasting time, you purchase book of Corporate law for study and don't wait of The Companies Bill, 2011.
