At the time of Filling Annual return of a company. Which of the form should be upload First??
Form 66 or Other Annual Form i.e Form 20 B and Form 23AC & 23ACA

Hi..
Annual Forms should be filed in the following manner:
1. Form 66 - within 30 days from the date of AGM,
2. Form 23AC & 23ACA - Within 30 days from the date of AGM, AND
3. Form 20B - Within 60 days from the date of AGM.

1st priority is e-form 66 followed by e-form 23AC /23ACA and e-form 20B.

Form-66 is filed first because this SRN is enter in Form-23AC.
You can also file Form-20B before filing of Form-66.
