About me

Hi

i m Udit Sharma. At present I m in Ahmedabad but my native place is Ajmer(Rajasthan). I completed by C.S. Final in Dec. 2008 and thereafter did my Internship with Cadila Healthcare Limited(Zydus Cadila), Ahmedabad. I became an Associate Member of ICSI w.e.f.26.10.2010 and joined as a Company Secretary in one of the Group Companies of Adani Wilmar Limited.

My idea behind joining the club is to help young professionals like me with my knowledge and experience(whatever i have gained so far) and in the process also update my knowledge base too. Learning is a never ending process. My aim is to become a Successful and well Known Company Secretary in CS Fraternity and to strive towards perfection.

Sir, I was going through your post on caclub reg folio entries on share transfer. Kindly help me with this doubt: In case of transmission also the same procedure exists reg folio entries? I mean in case of share transfer/transmission, the share certificate number and distinctive number will remain the same but thee folio nos are going to be new for the transferee/ in whose name shares are transmitted?

Hi Udit, Our Organisation is working on a financial analysis tool. We want to give customized reports as per different customer segments. Now my query is, who all are the users of MCA "View Pubic Documents" or say "Inspection of company Records". We also would like to have a rough idea on %share of users for these documents. Dear Experts, 1) my client has taken an O.D 6 months ago, bank has not filed Form 8, I want to know whether form 8 is applicable for O.D also , if yes, do we need to go for condonation & what forms are to be filed ? 2) if the property of the Director is mortgaged , will there be a question of filing form 8 as i understand that only the property of the company can be mortgaged and a charge can be created. thanks in advance
