1. First create a "Business User" account at MCA21 (you would need Digital Signature for this).
2. Download the requisite forms such as Form 20B, Form23ACA, Form 23AC, Form 66 etc.
3. Fill the form with required information.
4. Once you have filled the information, attach the required files (PDF format only).
5. Click on "Check Form" tab.
6. After that sign the form with digital signature.
7. Once signatures are loaded, attach required files such as financial statement etc (PDF Format only.and click on "prescrutiny" tab to verify the form.
8. If any errors are identified, correct them. Once prescrutiny is accepted, save the form.
9. Login into your MCA account.
10. Click on Eforms.
11. Click on Annual Filing Eform tab and upload each form one by one.
12. You are required to pay requisite fees for each form. On successful upload of each form you shall receive receipt for the same.
13. And you are done!!!

In addition, you should attache following document with concern forms:
1. Form-23AC (Notice, Director Report and Balance Sheet) will be filed within 30 days from the date of AGM.
2. Form-23ACA (Profit & Loss A/c) will be filed within 30 days from the date of AGM;
3. Form-66 (Compliance Certificate) will be filed within 30 days from the date of AGM,
4. Form-20B (Annual Return) will be filed within 60 days from the date of AGM
In addition, you should attache following document with concern forms:
