My Client, a pvt ltd company, providing manpower supply, recovers PF and ESI from the parties .
Whether service tax to be applicable on PF and ESI recovered or it is applicable on basic amount(labour charges) charged .

Service tax is applicable on gross amount including PF and ESI.
