WE are amnufacturing Company. My sales for 2008-0 is roughly 35 lakhs onluy and we mostly are into interstate Sale

My Querry is

As per customer purchase order they have included CST @1%

but since we are in haryana rate should be 2%
please confirm wether i am correct in charging @2%

Secondly

What is last date for deposit of tax under CST and can ii Adjust the VAT paid on input against payment to be made for CST.

lastly last date for return for CST and VAT

30 May 2009 Rate of tax against form "C" is 2% or appropriate state rate, whichever is lower.
so you have to find out if sale tax on your material is 1% then how u can charge 2% tax?
last date is 15th of following month.
yes ofcourse you can set off your CST liability against VAT input credit after set off your VAT liability first.
if there is no tax payble for the month by you, you can file the same on 30th day of following month.
