Dear Sir, In our company two products are manufacturing . for the past combined books of accounts are maintaining but from 1/4/18 on wards management planning for separate books for two products. my first & primary doubt arised that how the sale invoice nos should be. if i give separate invoice nos how can i fill all the required fields in GSTR 1 ? We have a vendor who supply some material to us. They do not have a vat number as their turnover is a small. How should i book this purchase . Should it be plain purchase from Unregistered dealer . Should I deduct 12.5 vat from his bill and pay this vat? PLease inform guidelines with references to MVAT acts and circulars if any.

Sir, As u told that purchase tax to be paid, in case we purchased from URD, and sales to RD. Pls clarify it in more details. how to file the vat returns.?
