Should we go for CLB if we are not filing form 8 with ROC in time Limit Whether the ROC has power to condone the delay in filing Form 8

Form 8 has to be filed within 30 days. ROC has the power to condone the delay for another 30 days. Beyond 60 days you have to approach CLB for condonation of delay.
