Dear Maam My Company was incorporated on 28/06/2023 but not received the COI yet. MCA helpdesk is says it was mailed on 30/06/2023. We have not received the COI on mail inbox and spam. they are not entertaining the complains and repeatedly asking to check mail. We have raised several complaints on MCA Site, over email, twitter etc. COI is not available in Public Documents. We are not able to activate Bank account and commence business without COI. Need your guidance. Please suggest, Thanks.

Dear I am Holding a ***Pvt.Ltd Company*** in Kolkata. Presently I am Planning to offer a Self-Management Course. Did I need any other certificate other than Trade License as I am Already registered under company act-1956(1 of 1956)? Can Fee regarding that Course be decided by Organization? Please help!!!
