25 November 2010 I filed the Form 20B with the AGM date 30th September,2010 And file form 23B(Intimation of auditor)with the AGM date 28th September,2010. Till the date I had not file the form 23AC & 23 ACA. So which date i should take AGM date in form 23AC & 23ACA

In my opinion the actual date of AGM should be entered whether it be 28th Sep. or 30th Sep.

Form 23B should also enter the date of AGM as September 30, 2010.

08 December 2010 Since in 20B you have mentioned the AGM date as 30th September, in 23AC & 23ACA also the same date has to be reflected otherwise you will get an error message at the time of prescrutiny of 23 AC and you will not be able to upload the same.
