There is a bill for supply of hardware related items with regard computer.
Applicable Vat has been charged on the bill
My question is whether TDS u/s 194C needs to be deducted to claim the above bill as revenue expenditure ?

No TDS applicable on purchase bill payment even if it is charged to revenue.
