my friend buy property value 95 lacs and entered a agreement to buy house on 15 june 15 for rs 2 crore( registry value 95 lac through cheque and 1.05 in cash )
he paid 1st installment on 30 june of 19.80 lac after deducting 20000 tds .
now question arise what is the date of agreement to sell in 26QB because original agreement to sell will be destroyed on registry date.
can anybody guide what is the date of agreement to sell in installment payment.
