Our company pay loading,unloading & handing charges to C& F agent. C&F agent has appoint his own worker who can load & unload the goods on truck.He has given 152555 as loading unloading & handling charges.Weather TDS is cut on this amount Expert plz help

Yes, As it is falls under 194c -payment to contracts, all amount liable for TDS including reimbursements.
