Tds late return fees

hi, I want to know that the company has still not filled a return for f y 2013-14 for 3 quater. Does the company is liable to pay Penalty.

Yes. Penalty will have to be paid @ Rs 200 per day u/s 234E. Penalty amount will ve zero only in case its NIL return.
