02 July 2026 i purched swiggy unlisted share at 50/- per share early 2015, after ipo today i sell at 249/- per share 500 shares.
tell me Capital gain.

03 July 2026 For the 500 shares sold at ₹249 each (purchased at ₹50), your total long-term capital gain is ₹99,500. At a tax rate of 12.5%, your estimated tax liability on this gain is ₹12,437.50 (before surcharge and cess). Ensure you report this in the appropriate schedule (Schedule CG) in your ITR-2 or ITR-3.
