Whether deductible under 194C or 194J?
Does it make any difference if there is a written agreement between company and director
it is better to make an agreement regarding car hire charges with director.

i just want to know if it is plant and machinery as per income tax then why it is deducted under 194C and not under 194I
and making agreement is allowable to deduct TDS @ 1% in case of proprietor as it is deductible @2% in case of 194J
