Finance Head

Job Description

* Own overall financial strategy, risk control, and working capital management.
* Define and enforce Sub-D credit limits and credit periods.
* Approve daily dispatches based on real-time customer ledger positions.
* Manage billing, reconciliation, and collections for key corporate accounts (e.g., Sathya Mobiles).
* Track and improve payment turnaround from large retail chains.
* Drive end-to-end liquidation of Samsung claims (Price Protection, Schemes, Incentives).
* Coordinate with Samsung finance and sales teams to resolve claim mismatches and prevent aging.
* Manage banking relationships, channel financing, and treasury operations.
* Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and ensure timely factory payments.
* Monitor market outstanding aging and territory-wise ROI.
* Present financial performance and risk reports to management.
* Ensure compliance with GST, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
