i want to know if the hospital is given to GP doctor for patient prescribe to the hospital , and hospital given if the payment of Rs 60000 for the period, is the payment given to doctors should deduct the TDS, is it complusary to deducte the tds, or any other way to book that payment

12 December 2012 TDS is required to be made. Other course of action (which may not be agreeable to hospital or doctor), keep him on SALARY instead of on call.
