One of my client has received notices from TDS department for payment of late fees and penalty for the year 2009-10 , 2010-11 but since he is not finding the papers relating to that F.Y but we want to resolve the issue by paying . Department saying in order to resolve we need to file the revised return and in absence of records we could not able to revise the return so now what to do.
