if you are talking abt TDS certificates receivable....you can claim on receipt of certicates.....

In case of rental income recd in say 200-07 for period 01.01.07 to 31.12.07 tds have to be made on full amount. In such case tds deducted in 2006-07 have to be claimed in AY 2007-08 & 2008-09 proportonately.
