Respected Shri Jitendra Sir, My ICWA FINAL result DEC 2009 has been withheld by the institute because of CC related probz although I have completed all d necessary requirements like CC, Comp & Modular Tr & Project. I'm 4m Postal Coaching under WIRC. I appeared for Stage III & IV. I hv already send a mail to Directorate of Studies with scanned original photocopies of Postal Coaching Completion Certificate dated 22.04.2009 issued by WIRC, Comp Tr Certificate issued by Aurangabad Branch of Chapter, Acknowledgment of Project Submitted at the Aurangabad Branch of Chapter as an attachments. Waiting for their reply bt m not sure that they will....Sir, What more should I do as no one is co-operating i.e. Chapter & WIRC? Plz clarify sir.

In late November 2006, I opened a Private Limited Company with initial capital of Rs. 1 lakh, registered it with R.O.C. N. Delhi for manufacturing, trading purposes etc etc and also managed to get the import export license but failed to start anything due to some personal reasons. I am now looking to sell this newly formed company as I have no desire to start any business anymore. For your information, I have already filed taxes to-date and done whatever I had to do with it in the legal way. Now it is available for sale/transfer to new share holders. If in your daily business practice, you find that someone may be interested in taking it over a company and pay me whatever expenses I have incurred to form it, I would consider it.
