Dear Experts,
If the employer recover the FBT amount from Employee. Does it fall within the law.
If yes whether mentioning of FBT deduction in the salary Slip is Right or not?????

Some emloyer deduct the FBT from employee salary and show in salary slips. as a employee what is needed to be done??

FBT is responsibility of employer not employee and can not be deducted from the employee
If employer recovers this amount from employee than amount of recovery will be income from employer as "money received without consideration and taxable as other incomes.
If employer recovers this amount from employee than amount of recovery will be income from employer as "money received without consideration and taxable as other incomes.
