IF "X" BEING A MERCHANT EXPORTER HAS PAID CONSULTANCY FEES TO THE CLEARING & FORWARDING AGENT FOR REBATE CLAIM APPLICATION FOR THE CONSIGNMENT CLEARED BY US THROUGH "X" A MERCHANT EXPORTER. NOW WE HAVE TO REIMBURSE THE CONSULTANCY FEES TO "X" WHETHER THE TDS WILL BE APPLICABLE ON THE PAYMENT TO BE MADE TO "X"
