Dear Sir,
One proprietorship business(business name"A"),his proprietor(name"B").
"A" deducted tds on construction,then separate TIN no. required for "A" or not ?
means TIN no. of "B" use in "A".

Being proprietorship business separate TIN is not required TIN of B can be used in A.
