08 March 2010 is there any specefied limit for remuneration of auditor?

is it fixed that one can not demand such fees when some situation exist?

08 March 2010 To the best of my knowledge, there is no such limit. However, there is an Institute guideline which states that fees from other services should not exceed the statutory audit fees for the year. There are also some relaxations to this guideline.
