my Q is that how can I show these servies recipts in service tax return .

Thers is no format for multiservice return.
We have filed separte form ST-3 for each type of service. For availing of service tax , we have filed a combined details in one form.
If anybody have such multiservice return format , then send me also.

In the ST-3 there is a section which needs to be duplicated for multiple service. That itslef can be used. ST-3 can be taken from the web site cbec.gov.in
