20 August 2015 The refund amount is adjusted by earlier years demand. But earlier years demands are already paid. This issue is taken to concerned jurisdictional AO also, but no action is taken so far. Shall i go to the right to information act? If yes, then how to proceed ? please tell the procedures.

20 August 2015 Yes seek the information enclosing a postal order for Rs 10 to the Public information officer of Income tax. Search the web for address of PIO of Income tax.
