What is the situation when RCM is applicable ?

Usually, for some specified Services in which the Service Provider is an individual, a firm, an AOP or a HUF and the Service Receiver is a body corporate (or any other specified person like any business entity) are covered under this mechanism and this is the crux of its operations.
