i am LIC agent i filed ITR 4 only i filed P& L account not filed balance sheet now incometax notice 139(9) from incometax dept not filed balance sheet how to solve this probelem please help me

Fill the bank balance and cash balance held on that date under assets side and fill the total in Capital ac under liabilities side. This will be the balance sheet for you.
