sir whether service tax E-payment is compulsory from 1-10-2014 because we are not crossed Rs.10,00,000 payment of any preceding financial year we are low service tax payer but banker can not accept the cheque and also banker have show me circulars from Ministry of finance department whether it is confirmed?
