Please explain me the purpose of Investment Declaration Form.

Should it be submitted for every quarter or at the end of every financial year?

when should Investment Declaration form be prepared?

01 August 2013 It will depends on your company HR policy

generally they will take expected declaration in april ,may and you need to submit with proofs atleast in december

if any deference comes employer will adjust that TDS in pay of jan,feb,mar

however you need to provide your final correct declaration in march,april with proofs for your investment and others

if excess tds deducted form 16 will show tds refund due
