I plan to sell my property and remit a part of the proceeds to my two daughters who live in USA. How much in dollar terms can I remit and what would be the clearances I need?

Remittance Limit: Up to $250,000 USD per financial year per individual under the LRS for resident Indians (up to $1 Million USD if the sender is an NRI).
Key Clearances: A Chartered Accountant’s certificate (Form 15CB), an online tax declaration (Form 15CA), and a standard bank application (Form A2).
Key Documentation: Registered Sale Deed, PAN Card, and bank statements verifying the clean trail of funds.

I think as an individual, I need not fill form 145 under LRS as long as I limit my remittance to USD 250,000 per annum?
