Dear Sir,
I am a lic agent my income in only commission,
i have return file after due date but i forget Taken credit TDS amount.& I have not submitted ITR v to till date . plz suggest me what is the next procedure & how to get return .

After 120 days the return already filed is not a valid return. File a fresh return taking credit of TDS again.
