Dear Expert
One of our employee is a Nepali resident. We have deducted his tax in Apr-Jun'15 quarter but since his PAN number is of Nepal, we faced an issue in filing our tax return.
Is it safe to get his PAN card issued in the address of the Company or what other alternate can be there ?
