I want to revise service tax return...for the period of 1 october 2016 to 31 march 2017.
Actualy i have tax liability for that period...and i paid that on time...but i filed the nill return..now as period of 90 days also gone..so i cant revise that return..now what is remady???

You cannot revise now. incase any liability pay and intimate in writting about the payment and state the reason for unable to revise the return with department

You can't revise the ST return. If you have any liability then pay it with interest and Notify to the Superintendent...
