Hello,
There is short material towards the material we have purchased.
we have already taken full ITC on invoice.
1. if we issue debit note for short material, should we charge ITC on debit note.
Please advice.

You can't issue debit note, only credit note can be issued by seller with GST.

You can issue Non GST debit Note for accounting effect. But you cannot charge in this debit note.

Ask supplier to issue credit note with GST.
