SIR, HOW CAN I CALCULATE PENTALTIES , IF MY TAX LIABILITY IS NIL.

In case of nil it is calculated at Rs 20 per day from the due date of respective month till the date of actual filing. in any case when you proceed to file your GSTR-3B every month system will calculate and determine your late fees liability.
