The 31st March was not the due date. It was the last date for filing belated returns. The return for AY 2017-18 can not be filed now. The possibility of condonation of delay is there, if there is a refund or carry forward of losses

You can't file ITR for AY 2017-18...
If you have any refund or C/f loss then only you can move with condonation. Otherwise no way for filing

No until get notice from IT Deptt....or you apply for condonation delay...
