eventhough an individual income is below 5 lacs then also he/she can file e-return tax for the accounting year 2012-13 & how we will come to know the given date for e filing is correct

Yes even if income is below Rs 5 Lacs individuals can file online income tax return. Due date for e-filing is 31st July (for Non Tax Audit Cases).
