can pvt ltd make donation to temple?? if yes is their any limit?? what is the consequences if that temple is reg. in charitable trust or not..??
As per my knowledge, if the Temple got registration U/Sec.35AC, PVT Ltd., company may claim 100% exemption, (debited in the P & L Account) otherwise, add back while computing your taxable income (in the computation) This is as per my knowedge.
