An individual carries on two type of business :-
1. House Keeping Services
2. General Stores (Stationaries)

I have the queries :-
1. Do i have to treat it as Business & Profession separately ?
2. For calculating Turnover for Tax Audit purpose..do i have to club both the businesses turnover ?
3. What type of Service is House-Keeping Services ?

1. AFFIDEVIT FOR ACCEPTANCE OF DEPOSITS FROM ALL THE PROMOTERS NOTRISED ?? WHAT DOES IT MEAN ?? THERE IS NO OPTION TO ATTACH THE AFFIDEVIT. IS TEHRE ANY FORMAT ?? PLSS SEND ME....

sir I m confused which return I should file ITR 1 or 2 since I m a salaried person income from employer, FD int, House loan etc. Further what is exempted income ? Int income credited in ppf ACC. is mean as exempted income?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchase a gold, at the time of purchase a gold they deducted the TCS.
I file the form ITR-2 for filing by return for F.Y.2013-14. I want Claim that TCS as refund but there is any place where i put the information of TCS.
Please help me for that.

If HRA, Medical Allowance (Rs 15000/-p.a) & Conveyance Allowance (Rs. 9600/-) is not shown in Form 16. Then can we compute while filling INcome Tax Return.

I have started Articleship training from 1 st April 2013 according to ICAI gmcs - 1st must be completed within 31 st march 2014 due to some reason i can not complete within time. it is going to be completed till 30 June 2014 . now what the consequence?

normally what people say is icai does not give exemption in one paper so easily even if you have done good enough worthy of exemption if your other papers in that group is very poor securing just 10/15 marks. IS IT So? have you come across any instance where you/your friends got exemption in one paper despite poor performance in other papers in the group ? pls pls share views.... thanx
