Tds on immovable property u/s 194ia

Whether the TDS should be deducted on immovable property on which complete payment was made before 31/3/13 and sale deed is to be executed in September 2014 ??

ya sorry it is 1.6.2013 so in this case if no payment is made after 1.6.2013 no tds is applicable in ur case.

But registrar is demanding TDS certificate for execution sale deed.. what to do????

but u can show that it is effective from 1.6.2013 and only execution is done later so no tds is applicable as per the bear provision since all payments made b4 1.6.2013

you can tell about the provision of section 194IA. when we make payment then
