1. Ramaiya
2. Datta
3. Wadhwa

If you have any other book for suggestion, please tell me.

I would like to know that whether the books are as per new Companies Act, 2013?

04 July 2014 No need to go for above mentioned books for the compliances under CA 2013.
It is advisable to go for Taxmann publication as suggested by expert. CA 2013 is in interpretation mode and in current scenario you can trust Taxmann publication.

For specific book on procedural aspects and compliances under CA 2013 you have to wait for some time.
